Neighbors Helping Neighbors
You can help fellow Neighborly associates who face a hardship due to catastrophic circumstances. When you choose to contribute to the Neighbors Helping Neighbors fund, you can designate a portion of your bi-weekly pay to this associate-directed fund.
If you’re experiencing an unplanned hardship, you can request a grant to help you through this difficult time. The grant committee includes associates from throughout the company.
How to Donate
Associates may donate through the “Change Benefits” task in Workday by clicking “Change Neighbors Helping Neighbors Contribution” and completing the task. Simply enter the bi-weekly amount you would like to contribute from your paycheck to this cause and submit!
How to Apply
Associates experiencing an unplanned hardship may request assistance by completing the Neighbors Helping Neighbors Application. Submit supporting documentation for consideration to HelpingNeighbors@nbly.com.
